Job description

The primary responsibility of this position is analysis of revenue maximization efforts for our partner Hotels. Daily Revenue Management, review, and measurement of hotel revenue performance based on the goals that are set for each client. Responsible for Daily rate and occupancy. Monitor season forecasts and ensure improvements for demand and availability.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of Hotel Revenue Management experience
  • Excellent use of both written and spoken English.
  • Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies.
  • Excellent use of: Hotel PMS,  Web Hotelier / Primal Res, OTA Extranets

Skills

  • Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing and other revenue management functions to include research, planning, market positioning, market segments, distribution channels, sales management, reservations and yield management
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Proficient at statistical and competitive analysis

You must have a passion for social media, possess a creative flair for developing captivating content across various platforms, and have excellent knowledge of social media business tools .

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience in creating and handling content across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Degree in advertising, digital marketing or similar.
  • Experience in social media reporting after gathering and analyzing data and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Greek and English.
  • Proficient in project management, capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously, and effectively prioritizing and structuring work schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Master brand content calendar creation and content writing, including creative briefings and ideation by maintaining regular communication with clients.
  • Coordinate with the creative department, providing precise and actionable briefs for all social media needs and account activations across various channels.
  • Develop content strategies by conducting platform, trend, market, and competitor research.
  • Produce, modify and distribute inspirational and engaging content for social media platforms, especially for Tik Tok.
  • Monitor key metrics, generate reports, and optimize social media performance by implementing insights gained from social media analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Work closely with the web design & revenue management departments.
